Ad-hoc Support
Response to your request for service usually within 4 working hours during regular business periods. Services are charged at extremely cost effective hourly rates. Out of normal hours support is available at a premium rate.
Support Membership
Response to your request for service usually within 4 working hours. As a member of this service your company can have access to unlimited telephone, e-mail, Skype and remote desktop support during regular business hours. Most problems can be rectified using one of these methods.
For PC’s, support covers operating system issues, user problems and application support.
For Servers, support covers general system administration and housekeeping duties.
